• Built and launched NextgenID's public FedRAMP Trust Center, and served as the main point of contact for external security and compliance questions.
• Helped get the company ready for FedRAMP and UK Digital Verification Services audits by tracking down evidence, fixing control gaps, and organizing audit prep.
• Translated heavy standards (FedRAMP, NIST 800-53/63/171, GDPR, UK DVS) into practical internal policies and mapped them to real platform evidence.
• Wrote risk memos, security policies, and questionnaires, and maintained our vulnerability trackers and auditor evidence packages.

• Built and launched a social platform from the ground up, now used by over 500 active members across web and iOS.
